I still feel the same. After almost a year, gusto kitang yakapin. Although, siyempre may nag-iba na. Gusto kitang halikan. Oops. Haha. Gusto kitang iuwi. Oops. Gusto kitang isubo. Joke. Hehe. 'Yun lang. 'Yun lang naman. Hahaha. Ang sarap eh. Haha.
WTF am I writing??? Haha.
Hahaha. Hahaha. Hehe.
OK Bye na. Hahaha.

My CORONicle!
Finally! A new blog entry solely for traveling! After months of waiting, I finally saw the paradise that is Coron! Went there with my college friends Joie and Aianne. Here are the details of basically everything you may have to know if you want to go to Coron.
First, we stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights (August 21-24, 2015). We were actually worried because it was really rainy in Manila and I thought it was not really good pushing through with this 4-day vacation. At the same time, ito rin yung mga panahong parating nasa balita iyong namatay na turista sa Coron dahil daw sa poisoning ng isang stone fish. But anyways, we shouldn't miss this after months of waiting!
Advisable months? December to March? I think so.
DAY 1:
Our flight was 8:10am. Arrived there at Busuanga Airport around 9am. Surprisingly, may nakaabang na sa amin na transportation form the airport up to the Coron Town. Apparently, most of the hotels and guest houses there reserve in advance private vans for transporation. This costs PhP 150 for each person. After arriving at Coron Backpacker, nagpahinga na muna for awhile. We were really unsure what to do next since the weather was not good: kept on raining.
First stop for day 1 is the island hopping tour. We took the TOUR B of a travel and tours company that they gave us. To start the tour we had to go to the port by tricycle. Yes, tricycle is the main mode of transportation, bukod sa van na papuntang airport. And most of tricycle rides should cost you Php 10.
Go to the main port. Then sasakay kayo sa isang bangka together with other tourists. Maximum number of tourists in a boat, siguro mga 16, together with 4 tour guides and crew. Good thing about this tour ay may kasamang lunch buffet sa isang islang, pinakapaborito ko!!! Unli rice, fish, liempo, fruits, salad, etc. depende kung anong menu nila.
Tour B consists mainly of island hopping, snorkeling, swimming sa lakes. Highlights of that day were Twin Lagoon/Hidden Lagoon and Barracuda Lake.
Day 2:
Our tour for day 2 is still island hopping and swimming (TOUR A). But the highlight for me in this tour are: Kayangan Lake and the Reef Garden.
But you have to make sure na mapuntahan ninyo iyong mga sinabi kong highlights. Kasi yan yung dapat wag palampasin. So if you have other combination of tours, it's ok as long as mapuntahan ninyo yung main attractions.
After the Tour A, you can opt for City Tour. Just tell a tricycle driver kung gusto mo ng city tour. It costs us Php 100. You can go to Lualhati Park, the Church, etc.
Day 3:
Since we had enough of the island tours already (although you can still go for more island tours!) we decided to remain on land this day. We climbed Mt. Tapyas and went to Maquinit Hot Spring (Php 200 entrance fee + PhP 300/trike for transpo back and forth na). Love it!
Food:
Hindi kami masyado nagtipid when it came to food. We ate at the usual known restaurants along the main road of Coron Town. We had our dinners at Kawayan seafoods and Santino's (with free jam sessions). Nag-karaoke din with a bit of drinks sa R2R. Lunch namin, sa tour na kasama. Breakfast we had sa isang karinderya sa main road and also sa Lolo Nonoy's. Usual prices of food/meals are Php 100 above.
Other Stuff:
Actually kung wala ka na magawa talaga, you can just walk around Coron Town's main road. Maliit lang ang Coron Town so you can just look for shops and other restos along the main road. All is there.
So there's our 4-day vacation.
Weee! Next next week, Boracay with college roommates naman!!!
MNL-USU with college friends!

look at the food! unli buffet! this was actually from Day 2 TOUR A, but you get my point, lunch was delicious!!! (with new friends!)
Tour B consists mainly of island hopping, snorkeling, swimming sa lakes. Highlights of that day were Twin Lagoon/Hidden Lagoon and Barracuda Lake.
At the Twin Lagoon, before entering the Hidden Lagoon. Actually the Hidden Lagoon is one of the twin lagoons. And if it's low tide, you can pass underneath rock formations. Pag high tide, dadaan kayo sa isang man-made stairways. The passageway is at the top of that pic.
Day 2:
Our tour for day 2 is still island hopping and swimming (TOUR A). But the highlight for me in this tour are: Kayangan Lake and the Reef Garden.
View before arriving at Kayangan Lake.
But you have to make sure na mapuntahan ninyo iyong mga sinabi kong highlights. Kasi yan yung dapat wag palampasin. So if you have other combination of tours, it's ok as long as mapuntahan ninyo yung main attractions.

Lualhati Park (part of City Tour)

Climbing Mt. Tapyas.
View from Mt. Tapyas, the whole of Coron Town.
To go up Mt. Tapyas, you have to survive a total of 721 steps. Saktong cardio lang!
