5th week!

Today marks my 5th week in getting into gym. And I satisfied with the results, if there are any already. Haha. I started at 171 lbs (without calibration daw, so baka 166 lbs lang talaga). And now, I weighed about 166 lbs (or 161 lbs). Not so sure with the data. Pero hindi muna ako mag-eexpect ng ok na result since one month pa lang naman. Moro has been great for me. At first, I was really shy and intimidated of some sort. Pero as I get along, nababawasan na rin yung pagkahiya ko kasi people get our intentions. Halos pare-pareho lang pala ang naggym dito kaya I feel comfortable na. This week, I'll try to gym almost everyday na and balak na palitan yung program ko. Mas intense na siguro.
